What is the best way to store muffins (& scones/biscuits)?

I don't have a bread box, and tend to not eat real bread quick enough so I keep it in the fridge... would any of these muffins get too soggy if kept in the fridge? Or would they dry out in a week if kept outside the fridge?

These recipes are awesome! I'm gonna have to make muffins when I get back from vacay!
