Strawberry season is finally here so let's celebrate:

fresh berries drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar, seasoned with raw cane sugar and black pepper, topped with a blob of creme fraiche

For now I am forced to stare longingly at that picture, as strawberries and I don't get along just now. But perhaps this recipe will be good to try later.
