Failed fudge
Does anyone have a cure for fudge that was cooked too long? When it set it got too dry and hard. I've never had it do that before. Usually, due to the humidity here, I get the opposite problem, in that the fudge never sets up firmly. For the curious, I used the Fantasy Fudge recipe off the label on Kraft Marshmallow Cream and used a candy thermometer. Any suggestions?
