I wanted a bit more out of my chicken alfredo so I played around with the recipe and came up with this...

Chicken Alfredo
1 grilled chicken breast, cut into small bite size pieces
2 scallions, chopped Saute mushrooms in butter and oil. When they are just about done, add broccoli. Once the broccoli is crisp tender. Add ravioli and saute until they are golden brown on the outside. Add scallions, garlic and tomatoes. Saute until the garlic and scallions are fragrant being careful not to burn them. Add sauce and cook on low until sauce is heated through. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
1/4 c, chopped sun dried tomatoes
1 c. broccoli florets, steamed
1 c. crimini ( baby portabella ) mushrooms
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons butter + 1 tbsp. oil ( the oil keeps the butter from burning )
1 package 4 cheese ravioli , boiled according to directions and drained.
1 batch Alfredo sauce
