Chocolate Banana Streusel Muffins

Muffins:
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar [I used light brown]
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter, softened [any unsalted butter or margarine would work]
2 medium (1 cup) ripe bananas, mashed
1 Land O Lakes® All-Natural Egg [I just used a large organic egg]
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Streusel topping:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar [light brown sugar]
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter, softened [any brand will do]
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips [I used Nestles]
Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cups into 12 muffin pan cups; set aside. [I baked six large muffins in a greased and floured tin.]
Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, until creamy. Add bananas, egg and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed.
Combine 1 cup flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin cups.
Combine all streusel ingredients except chocolate chips in small bowl; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon evenly over top of muffins.
Bake 18-25 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes; remove muffins from pan to cooling rack. [I baked my six large muffins for 30 minutes.]
