My favorite food to make was Moroccan meat turnovers, from Kosher by Design, Short On Time. My grandmother emigrated from Morocco and we're Jewish, but, we never got a lot of that culture.
I also like these little feta cheese/spinach triangles I got out of a pretty regular cookbook I used to own.
Sadly, other than that, I'm very much a raw food/sandwich/burger+fries type of person.
