Trade recipes, maybe, but I doubt you'd get a fruitcake through customs into Australia. :) Our quarantine laws, especially concerning fruit, are very strict.
My cake uses six eggs, and takes four hours to cook. It says 'serves twelve', but that's a very conservative estimate. It weighs several kilos. I think you'd get about twenty small serves out of it. I would have scaled it down for this year, but I had no idea how, so I didn't bother making it at all.
