Holiday Treats Baking Challenge, anyone?

I am hosting a baking challenge at my journal. :) The goal is to find holiday treats that can be modified to cut as much of the white refined sugar as possible, and use the highest quality ingredients into the bargain.

And I thought it'd be fun for those of us who don't participate in the writing challenges this time of year. And also for everyone to get more recipes that won't make your dentist cringe :D

And, you know, baking!
