wendelah1I got this recipe from a Belgian neighbor back when I was in high school and needed to take something to a potluck in my French class. My teacher, Madame Pearlman, was very impressed with my cooking. It is a wonderful, fool-proof recipe, good enough to serve for company, easy enough to make during the week.
