World Peace Cookies

I make a couple of adaptions: the first is to replace half the choc chips with sultanas. (My choc chips are made by chopping up squares of Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate.) I like the juiciness of the sultanas.
I also make them on the stovetop rather than in the oven, due to lacking an oven. Get a big non-stick frying pan and put it on a very low heat. DO NOT add oil or anything of that sort. Cook the rounds (chopped up as per the recipe) for 8 min one side, then flip them & do 4 min the other side. They'll still be very squidgy when you take them out (you need a decent spatula): this is fine. Leave to cool. Or eat hot (warning: will collapse in your fingers, but who cares?).
(I find that I can only do 6 at a time in my biggish frying-pan as otherwise there's not enough room for the spatula.)
Prep time is maybe 10 min, cooking time 12 min per batch. You can leave the dough in the fridge & cook up a batch at a time if you want to try *not* eating the lot the moment they're cooked.
