This is the easiest bread to make, and it's super easy to get a TON of variations just by changing the beer you're using!
Needed (stuff):
-mixing bowl and spoon
-bread pan
-nonstick spray
-oven
needed (food stuff):
-3 cups flour, sifted
-3 teaspoons baking powder*
-1 teaspoon salt*
-1/4 cup sugar
-12 oz of beer (I like to use a darker beer, but you can use whatever you want)
-some butter, melted
NOTE: I have used self-rising flour for this recipe and it works like a dream. If you end up using self-rising flour (3 cups, same as the regular stuff), don't use the baking powder and salt. If you use regular flour, please DO use the baking powder and salt.
HOW TO:
Ok, here's the hard part:
Heat your oven to 375*F.
Spray a pan with non-stick spray.
Mix all your ingredients together.
Pour into sprayed pan.
Bake at 375* for roughly an hour.
Cool for 15-30 minutes.
Eat.
Hard, right?
