Note: this is trashy food, and therefore perfect for the sustenance of grad students.
1 roll sausage 3 c Bisquick or similar baking/biscuit mix 1 can condensed cheddar soup 1 c shredded cheddar cheese 2/3 c water
Brown sausage and drain. Mix Bisquick, soup, cheese, water, and browned sausage together. Drop into greased muffin tin, approximately 3/4 way full. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool five minutes in the tin before removing.
If you want to get fancy, put a little shredded cheese on the top of each muffin before baking. Especially good with hot sausage, and garlic powder to taste.
