Baking with wild yeast
Jun. 9th, 2012 11:20 amI've experimented with wild yeast a bit and I'm really happy with the results. Maybe some of you would like to try their hands at it? Be prepared to exercise patience though. But it's really worth it and not difficult at all. And no kneading required!
