Yesterday I purchased some coconut flour. I've never used it before, so do any of ya'll have any tips or favorite recipes using this? I don't have a problem with gluten so any recipe is fine.

Riverboat Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 whole cloves
British Measurements
120 ml maple syrup
120 ml ketchup
60 ml orange juice
4 g dried minced onion
15 ml white vinegar
15 ml steak sauce
2 g grated orange peel
5 ml prepared mustard
3 ml Worcestershire sauce
2 g salt
0.5 g pepper
1 ml hot pepper sauce
3 whole cloves
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the flavors are blended. Remove from the heat. Discard cloves. Cool. Store in the refrigerator.
