A website that understands that not all foods have the same density as water shouldn't be impressive... but it is. :D
(I've had a rule for a while that I don't even think about making any recipe that uses volume measures for dry weights because it's too much fuss trying to find out average densities).
That site has a lot of useful cooking conversions. I particularly like the weight-to-volume conversion, because we USAians like to measure dry ingredients in cups, where recipes from other countries list them by metric weight. I was utterly puzzled the first time I tried to follow a recipe that called for "200 g. sugar" - I wish I'd had this website available then!
