...and candy making. I made peanut brittle yesterday as it snowed, to send to my son in Afghanistan. Brittle is best made on a day when it is clear and bright, or cold and snowy...not drizzly humid low barometer day.

I am very short of time, and my entire thought process and insistence on my own primacy as a brittle maker is already written up. It is a post at my soon to die Wordpress blog, so Get it while it's there!
