Ideas on cooking for large groups!

Hey folks, I've signed up to do lunch for some work meetings next month, and I'm wondering what tasty ideas everybody has for doing large group cooking? Guidelines:

* Shouldn't take more than a couple hours total to make
* Spread need to have enough options for vegetarians to not feel left out and neglected, although not every item needs to be vegetarian
* Shooting for about 14-17 people
