Onion update! Apricot Chicken Recipe!

killing_roseSo we're slowly going through the suggestions from the onion post (thank you all, by the way; you are awesome), and cooking at least one a day.
Today's dinner was apricot chicken, as suggested byalias_sqbr . It was really, really tasty. So thank you so much!!!
