Looking for a recipe

When I was out yesterday, I had this really amazing salad with tarragon dressing. It was gorgeous, and I'd really like to be able to re-create the dressing at home. Does anyone have a recipe/any ideas?

If you decide to use the recipe that the previous commenter linked to, you can make your own tarragon vinegar for wicked cheap! Just get some fresh tarragon (your local farmer's market is a good bet) and some white wine vinegar. Stuff a jar or sealing bottle with the tarragon, add the vinegar adn wait for a couple weeks. Voila!
