Fried potatoes and brussels sprouts
makes 1-2 servings

Ingredients:
4-5 medium potatoes
2 cups brussels sprouts
1 medium onion
1 egg
1/3 cup white wine
1 tsp. olive oil
nutmeg
preparation
Dice the onion, cut the brussels sprouts in half and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the potatoes and onion. Stir-fry for about five minutes. Add the brussels sprouts and stir-fry for about 15 minutes. If the potatoes stick to the pan or are threatening to burn, add the wine bit by bit to create some moisture. Otherwise add it once the potatoes are almost done. Continue to stir-fry until the potatoes are tender. Beat the egg and pour it over the potatoes and sprouts and let it sit in the pan for a minute. Season with a pinch of nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and serve.
