(Oh, and for my work potluck, I took two pot pies: one chicken/turkey, and one vegan with tofu and chickpea gravy.)

...chickpea gravy? I am intrigued. You wouldn't happen to have a pointer or some tips? There's the traditional family smorgesbord coming up, and my uncle's family preferes to eat vegetarian even the rest of us are filthy ominvores.
