I made this for our feast-day sweet potato dish, and I daresay it was one of the tastiest parts of the spread. Actually, luminosity gets most of the credit for this for suggesting it to me.

I came up with this salad for a holiday dinner last year. I liked it so much that this year, I made it to serve to people outside my actual family, and they seemed to really enjoy it, too!
